Just a quick update - things have been insane lately with our new microcontroller project being late for release. It feels like 9 months of 'crunch time'. It's finally coming to a head, and we're releasing for real this time. Dec. 1. That's the big day. We're ready. Today we finished our production firmware MVP draft.

But this post isn't about work - that was just my weak excuse for being absent on my blog. This is a celebration of my recent achievement! I completed the 300 day Heroic program, and earned this bad boy (see the image). Go me! I'm excited to use my coaching skills to help my team and my kids reach their full potential.
