About Kane Anderson
Kane Anderson is the Electronics Engineering Lead at Q-PAC, where he heads the Watt Wizards team. With a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering and a background in physics, Kane has spent nearly two decades designing and building complex systems — from satellite-connected IoT devices to distributed HVAC controllers in critical environments like hospitals and labs.
Throughout his career, Kane has led interdisciplinary engineering teams across hardware, firmware, mechanical and software domains, championing a pragmatic, high-accountability approach to technical leadership. He’s fluent in tools like Altium, C, C++, and C#, and has shipped production systems involving embedded networking, RF, BLE, and control firmware. He’s also deeply interested in how engineering excellence intersects with clarity of thought, discipline, and personal growth—a topic he explores occasionally as a certified Heroic Coach and writer at kaneganderson.com.
When he’s not building teams or troubleshooting complex systems, Kane’s probably nose-deep in a personal development book, prototyping electronics at home, or explaining phase margin over whiskey.
